General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ck 44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you", "your"). The term "Services" as used in these Terms refers to ck 44's website, mobile app, gaming services, bonus programme, and other related features.

"Account" refers to a personal profile registered on ck 44 in a member's name, through which the Services can be accessed. "Transaction" refers to both deposits and withdrawals made on the platform.

These Terms have been written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute over the interpretation of any clause, the platform's decision shall be considered final.

Membership and Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use ck 44's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. The minimum age for participating in casino and betting activities in Bangladesh is set at 21 years.
• Only one account may be opened per person. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be suspended and the balances may be forfeited.
• The name, mobile number, date of birth, and identity document details provided at registration must be accurate and your own.
• ck 44 may request identity documents (NID/Passport) and proof of address at any time for account verification. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or registering a membership under a business entity is not permitted.

ck 44 reserves the right to reject any application or close any account, particularly if a member violates these terms.

Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your ck 44 account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 — Password Protection

Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. ck 44 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from a breach of this condition.

3.2 — Use of Automated Software

The use of bots, scripts, or any other automated software in ck 44's games or betting system is strictly prohibited. If this is proven, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.

3.3 — Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions or logins for 90 consecutive days, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact support to reactivate an inactive account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

All financial transactions on ck 44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.1 — Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes

4.2 — Identity Verification

ck 44 reserves the right to verify an account before processing a withdrawal request. If the source of a deposit appears suspicious, the transaction may be held and investigated. The withdrawal payment method must match the deposit method.

4.3 — Bonus Withdrawals

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn immediately. The specified wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. This is discussed in detail in Section 5.

Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

ck 44's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific conditions. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 — Other Bonuses

ck 44 runs several promotional offers including weekly reload bonuses, slot special prizes, birthday gifts, and friend referral rewards. Separate wagering and eligibility conditions apply to each offer.

5.3 — Bonus Abuse

If signs of bonus system abuse are detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be subject to review. Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device will be considered abuse.

Gaming Rules and Fairness Policy

All games and betting markets on ck 44 operate under defined rules. Each game outcome is determined independently, and the RTP (Return to Player) for casino games is set according to the game provider's specifications.

6.1 — Betting Market Cancellation

If a sporting event is cancelled or irregular circumstances arise, ck 44 reserves the right to cancel the relevant market and refund the stake. In the event of a technical error in determining a result, we will make a decision subject to investigation.

6.2 — Match Fixing and Fraud

Match fixing, having prior knowledge of an event's outcome, and placing bets based on that information are strictly prohibited. If evidence of involvement in such activity is found, the account will be closed and all winnings forfeited.

6.3 — Technical Errors

If a technical error in a game displays an exceptional win, ck 44 reserves the right to void that win. The policy that "offers displayed due to system errors are not valid" applies in all cases.

VIP Programme and Cashback Policy

ck 44's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

Cashback is not credited to your account automatically — contact support to find out how to claim it. If cashback is added as a bonus, separate wagering requirements may apply.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

ck 44 is committed to responsible gambling. We want our members to enjoy themselves safely and within their limits. Following the responsible gaming guidelines is recommended for all members.

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for themselves if they wish. We also offer the option to suspend an account for a set period. Contact support to activate these features.
